Thor, the god of Thunder is again prominent in what some people call Tour de France.

Time to revive the old Oslomarka page. Weather permitting we should soon be getting some action going even back home in old Norway now. It’s some sort of summer I guess. Pictures will be continuously added to http://www.islandwalking.com/piwigo/index.php?/category/87.

I have previously mentioned Ferry Spotting, a sport that can be done utilizing the AIS (BTW, available also in the App Store and on Android Market). Something similar can be done for airplanes using the Live Flight Tracker!

Yet another Greek ferry added to my collection: http://islandwalking.com/meganisi2.html. Unfortunately I have not been able to find any facts about this ship, and I did not record them while I still had a chance either…

I did a small walk on Meganissi, including a visit to the beach at Ag. Ioannis. The pictures from that walk plus the ones taken from the ferry can now be found in the Photo Album.
