New Anavasi Amorgos
Yet another new map from Anavasi. The Anavasi Amorgos [10.27] (1:32000). I wish I had a map like this when I visited Amorgos years ago…
New Anavasi Milos
I have updated my Milos page with information about which current map you should use when visiting the island. Here is the brand new Anavasi Milos-Kimolos-Polyvos [10.45] (1:32000). Also have a look at the great number of other maps published by Anavasi.
Walking on Spetses
Had a great time on Spetses using this excellent walking map. I think it is my destiny more and more to use these very good maps and break free from the guide books. I always seem to spend almost as much time trying to figure out the walking guides than to do any actual walking, while a serious walking map would have suited me much better. I mean, the guide books even forced me to create this web site to begin with to try to correct all the errors! (So it ain’t all bad…)
An internet friend of mine characterized one particular and fairly formidable writer as being “unable to explain his way out of a paper bag”. I will not agree 100%, but I do get the point. I think the future will be even more interesting now…
A Brand New Item
New Lens
And BTW, this new lens of mine was used on this trip. Well, it should not make the pictures worse at least… 😉

Twenty
My Ingress portal number twenty is up, another one in Brumunddal. Well, I have several more lined up, hopefully some more will be accepted in the following weeks/months.
